Global Referral Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The MiniPay Boost program is organized by Blueboard Limited, an entity organized under the laws of Ireland, with a registered address at The Wilde, 53 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, D02 PR63, Ireland, a subsidiary of Opera Norway AS (“Blueboard” and “we,” “us” and “our”).

2. Agreement and Terms and Conditions:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally-binding contract between you and Blueboard. By participating in the MiniPay Boost program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You acknowledge and agree to be legally bound without limitation or qualification and agree that all decisions of Blueboard are final and conclusive.

3. Eligibility

• Inviters: Open to adult residents of Kenya who are active MiniPay users (including Ambassadors).
• Invitees: Eligible invitees are international users signing up with non-African phone numbers from whitelist countries (as specified in the Campaign blogpost).
• Employees of Blueboard, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, individuals involved in the production, development, implementation, or handling of the Campaign, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees are not eligible.

Local federal, provincial, and municipal laws apply. Void where prohibited.

4. Reward

• The inviter must maintain a minimum balance of $2 equivalent in their MiniPay wallet.
• Successful referrals generate a random reward between $5–$50 (maximum of one $50 reward per 24-hour period).
• Each referrer may claim up to 5 rewards per day.
• Rewards are capped and subject to availability. Blueboard reserves the right to adjust amounts or requirements at its sole discretion

5. Entry Period

The Campaign will launch on September 1st, 2025 and run until further notice. Any changes to start and end dates will be communicated via the MiniPay app, blog, or official social channels..

8. Requirements

Rewards are calculated based on weekly wallet activity and distributed automatically every 24 hours. No manual action is required to claim MiniPay Boost rewards. To be eligible:

• Your wallet must be active and hold qualifying balances during the reward period
• Your wallet must maintain a minimum balance of $1 equivalent in USDT stablecoins for the entire 7-day period to be eligible for the reward.
• Your MiniPay account must be linked to a verified phone number. Wallets without a phone number will not be considered
• You must not engage in activity intended to exploit or manipulate the reward system

The reward structure, amounts, and requirements are subject to change at the discretion of Blueboard Limited. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the reward structure at any time without prior notice.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:

 By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Blueboard, Opera, and/or its suppliers from any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including without limitation damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of participation in the Campaign or receipt or use of any reward. This includes but is not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or networks; (c) errors in the administration of the Campaign or processing of referrals; or (d) injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation or receipt of rewards.

You further agree that in any cause of action, Blueboard’s liability will be limited to the cost of participating in the Campaign, and in no event shall Blueboard be liable for attorney’s fees or costs. You agree to indemnify and hold Blueboard, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of participation in the Campaign.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms are based on Norwegian law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles that may require the application of the laws of a different country. All actions or proceedings arising under or related to these Terms must be brought in the Oslo City Court, and each party hereby agrees to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court.

11. Changes to the Program:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programs at our sole discretion, including but not limited to altering reward amounts, entry requirements, or any other aspect of the programs. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated via the MiniPay app, or via MiniPay official social media channels.

12. Notice:

Users from the United Kingdom, Brazil, Mexico, the UN, FATF, or MAS-sanctioned countries are excluded from participation. Investing in cryptocurrencies carries significant risk, and you should consider whether it is appropriate for your financial situation.
